- Provide qualified & certified Field Supervisors with relevant experience, expertise, training and excellent communication skills
- Perform field survey activity in conjunction with construction & environmental supervision
- Conduct access road and lease construction
- Coordinate mobilization of required equipment with Field Supervisor
- Ensure execution of the planned program in the field in collaboration with the Field Supervisor
- Ensure that the program is implemented by the Field Supervisor in an efficient and cost effective manner while maintaining field operations in accordance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
- Monitor field operations & participate in problem solving
- Apply stringent oversight of all field activities
- Assess unanticipated cost escalations while developing a mitigation plan
- Ensure that activities in the field are conducted in a professional and ethical manner by all parties
- Ensure that a commitment to safety is embedded in all operations
- Where applicable, apply optimization techniques to drilling operations in real time
- Analyze post-drilling data to optimize future projects
